Agricultural Use Assessment of Legal Residency Condominiums Property Tax Real Estate Services MONCKS CORNER, S.C. – (Monday, May 4, 2020) – The Berkeley County Government Department of Real Estate Services will begin accepting applications for 4% legal residency and agricultural use online starting today, Monday, May 4, 2020. Previously, the district only accepted applications in person or by mail. Due to the introduction of online applications, anyone who currently receives the legal residency rating of 4% is not required to reapply.
