They act as “experts” on home sales, but I found them uninspiring, not unusual and ordinary, and certainly show nothing to recommend. Communication was terrible, emails and phone calls went unanswered, and their urgency was zero. It backfired when I tried to complain to one of Senor`s directors during our company, I thought she would be friendly, empathetic, and desolate.
She didn`t, she treated me like a jerk and told me I didn`t know what I was talking about. “I`m sorry, ma`am, but I know that if a company I pay for fails in its job, for heaven`s sake, I won`t be updated and your employees ignore me.” I was accused of being “rude”, if I was, I think I was justified. I think it is rather the case that Insight Law has not acknowledged and mentioned their shortcomings. To finally finish it.. They “forgot” to send me invoices and documents. I thought (after reminding them) that a letter of explanation and/or apology might be fine, it was the inspection law. Not a chance. Our lawyer was very difficult to reach, rude and unprofessional. We had to be vigilant in everything that is handled by this company and discover many errors. They offered us a reduction in their fees, which helped us. A few weeks after completing the transaction, we found that they had received cash back from our mortgage provider and had not sent it to us. They immediately transferred the missing money to us when we brought it to their attention, but unfortunately this was just another example of the need to check everything they were doing.
